Aminata Keita is a finance and investment professional with nearly a decade of experience, specializing in strategic advisory, hospitality, and real estate development.

Aminata is an Associate Director at Mereha, where she co-leads advisory services for hospitality projects through market and financial feasibility, concept validation, hotel operator selection, and capital structuring. She also serves in an advisory capacity at CLIKAFRIK Group, contributing to strategic initiatives focused on scalable financial and digital solutions in Africa. Her ability to integrate cross-industry expertise strengthens her approach to real estate and hospitality investments, driving long-term value.

Previously, as a Senior Consultant in Cavendish Maxwell’s Strategy & Consulting team, Aminata advised government entities, property developers, and financial institutions on master-planned developments across the GCC. She led the feasibility study for a $1 billion+ waterfront mixed-use destination in the Emirate of Sharjah, overseeing strategic market positioning and investment analysis.

She also gained valuable experience in luxury hospitality at Kerzner International, where she was part of the Global Development team and contributed to iconic projects, including One&Only One Za’abeel and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. Her time at Kerzner provided hands-on exposure to the luxury resort sector, market expansion strategies, hotel management contracts, and joint venture (JV) investments.

Aminata holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, an Associate degree in Hospitality Management, and has successfully passed the CFA Level II exam. Fluent in English and French, she leverages her international experience from Montreal, New York, and Dubai, along with her deep knowledge of cultural and business dynamics in the Middle East and Africa.
