Who we are

This website is operated by Mereha Consulting FZ LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah free zone, United Arab Emirates, on behalf of MEREHA Group. Mereha Consulting FZ LLC trades as Mereha Advisory. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mereha Consulting FZ LLC.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. When you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting and network security providers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.
  • Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not identify individual visitors.

The site has no contact forms, user accounts or newsletter sign-ups, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Cookies

We do not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies. Our network security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to detect and block malicious traffic. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no third-party font or advertising services receive your data when you browse the site.

  • Authorities, where we are required to by law or to protect our legal rights.

Our service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates or the country you are in. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and longer where the law requires it. Technical logs are kept by our providers for a short period for security purposes.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the whole site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
